SAEF TECHNOLOGY SF-TO400AS-8986A-N is a 4 inch full TFT-LCD display with 540 (RGB)X 1080 dots (540 horizontal by 1080 vertical pixels array). The supply voltage (VCC) of driving LCD panel is from is 2.4V to 3.3V, typical voltage is 2.8V. and supporting MIPI interface. It can be used in embedded systems, automation, GPS, medical equipment, industrial device, smart home, security equipment which requires TFT display in high quality and colorful image.
SF-TO400AS-8986A-N is an IPS-LCD type ( IPS means In-plane Switching) TFT with brightness 350 cd/m2 (typical value). the brightness can be customized achieving 1000 nits. pls contact our sales for more details. It can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
